Cranford School was founded in 1931 as a prep school at Moulsford, Oxfordshire, near Wallingford. The school operates today on a 60-acre rural campus on the Thames-side and is co-educational ages 3-16 with around 607 pupils. The Head is Clare Lynas. The school is a member of the IAPS and is inspected by the ISI. The school operates a strong equestrian programme reflecting the rural setting.

Cranford is a co-educational independent day-school for pupils from 3-18, set in rural South Oxfordshire. The fundamental starting point for a Cranford education is ensuring that every pupil is happy and feels safe and supported at school. We aim to provide an environment that inspires and engages each pupil to develop a sense of curiosity, a spirit of enquiry and to look forward to having fun with friends each day while striving to achieve their fullest potential, whatever that looks like for each pupil.
