Childhood at St John s is about more than education it s about freedom, discovery, and joy. It s a chance to climb trees, get muddy knees, light fires, take risks, and embrace challenges. It s about laughing with friends and building bonds that last a lifetime. We understand the transformative power of the outdoors it grounds us, inspires us, and fuels our joy. By fostering independence and encouraging exploration both inside and outside the classroom, we create an environment where learning becomes an exciting adventure.
We believe childhood is a precious time of growth, where mistakes are embraced, resilience is built, and curiosity flourishes. Supported by exceptional pastoral care and the freedom to learn in diverse settings, our pupils grow into kind, confident, and well-rounded individuals.
